Are your pieces really handmade?

Yes! Every piece is handmade with care in Toronto using polymer clay, UV resin, and high-quality metals. Slight variations make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.

How long will my order take?

Processing time is usually 3–7 business days before shipping. If there’s a delay or custom request, we’ll always keep you updated.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can find more details on our Shipping Policy.

Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?

We use stainless steel or brass components that are generally hypoallergenic. However, everyone’s skin is different — if you have severe sensitivities, feel free to reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

What materials do you use?

We use: Polymer clay: lightweight, durable, and vibrant UV resin: glassy, glossy finishes with embedded details Brass & stainless steel findings for strength + style

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and handmade nature, we don’t accept returns unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I request a custom order?

Customs are currently limited, but we love hearing ideas! Send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All orders come packaged sweetly and ready to gift. If you’re sending directly to someone, we can include a handwritten note too — just leave a note at checkout.
