Refund Policy

At Atelier Auvrée, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade jewelry with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we have established the following refund and exchange policy:​

Returns and Exchanges

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene considerations and the personalized nature of our products.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. You may choose to exchange the item for another of similar value or receive a full refund, excluding postage costs. 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.​

  • The item must be unworn and unused, with original packaging where applicable.​

  • Items should be returned to the address provided upon contacting us. ​

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at coldpieartscrafts@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.​

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.​

  3. Shipping: Securely package the item, including all original packaging, and clearly mark the RMA number on the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item's safe return.​

Processing Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned. ​

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.​
